Refund & Replacement Policy

This policy explains when customers may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or support after purchasing an Arzen Ring.

Arzen does not provide refunds for completed ring purchases unless the selected ring size is unavailable or the ring arrives faulty or defective.

When Refunds May Be Approved

  • The ordered ring size is unavailable and no suitable replacement size can be provided.
  • The ring arrives faulty, defective, or damaged due to a manufacturing issue.
  • The issue is reported within the stated support window.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear after delivery.
  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage caused after use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, or improper handling.
  • Lost or stolen ring.

If Your Ring Arrives Faulty

  • If the ring received is faulty or defective, the customer must contact Arzen support with proof of purchase and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Once verified by the support team, Arzen may offer a replacement ring. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.

Size Unavailability

  • If the selected ring size is unavailable after an order has been placed, Arzen will contact the customer with available options.
  • If no suitable replacement size is available, the customer may request a refund for the affected order.

Reporting Window

  • Customers must report faulty, defective, or damaged rings within 10 days of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
